Ordering Process – Coastal Staircases Geelong

Once you have received your quote and would like to place an order, there are a few steps we have put in place to ensure nothing is missed and you get exactly what you are wanting.

Firstly we ask you to read the quote thoroughly along with the terms of trade attached with your quote. If you have any questions or concerns, contact the office and we can clarify anything you may be concerned about.  Once you have read and understood your quote and the terms of trade and you wish to go ahead, there are a few things that we need to tick off before we can begin construction of your staircase.

  • Step 1 – The process for any job to become an order in our system is to sign and return the acceptance of quote form located on page 2 of your quote. Do not sign your acceptance of quote form until you fully understand the quote and terms of trade. In your email you will find a list of methods to return the acceptance of quote.
  • Step 2 – 50% deposit is required to complete the ordering process. Payment options can be found on the bottom of your acceptance of quote form. When we receive your deposit we can order materials for your order and lock in your installation date. Please talk to our friendly staff for the current lead times.

Now that we have received the signed acceptance of quote and deposit we will be in touch within 2 weeks from order date to confirm a day/time for Kris to conduct a formal measure. You will receive weekly status updates after a measure is conducted with updates of your order and requirements to be met onsite.
